POS with the patient, but it is a single primary care provider and the out-of-network provider and can make referrals to providers. Plan includes a favorable rate of-network providers, but the patient will be responsible for a higher out-of-pocket costs if a network physician use.
Because the option to demand care enrollee, the network has plans to go outside more this type of HMO is more flexible. Because the output rate-of-network provider for the payment is higher, however, patients have incentives to stay-network.
